Job Summary
As a Service Manager you will be responsible for all vehicles that are in for repair; including the inspection, estimation, and repair process. They will communicate with the technicians, customers, and part supply companies ultimately making sure the appropriate customer service experience takes place.
The Service Manager is primarily responsible for developing and directing a team of Service Technicians and Tire Technicians in their respective job duties. He or She is responsible for holding the team accountable for performing the highest level of service on the vehicle as well as achieving Outstanding Customer Service results. Above all the Service Manager is held accountable for ensuring consistent and clear communication between the shop and the customers. The Service Manager Reports to the Store Leader.

Responsibilities
- Meet or exceed Joe's Tire performance standards for quality and speed of service for our customers.
- Ensure all diagnostic procedures are followed and appropriate recommendations are given to the customers.
- Enforce with all employees that the customer is our highest priority so that our integrity will never be questioned.
- Evaluate the performance of the Service Technician and Tire Technician staff.
- Builds and maintains a team effort consistent with the goals of the company.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Previous role in Guest facing jobs is required.
- Valid state-issued driver’s license and clean driving record are required
- At least two years of experience as an automotive service writer or service advisor is preferred. Experience as an automotive service manager is preferred
- Deep understanding of automotive technology, automotive service technician job duties, and automotive repair services is required

Compensation: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
